Jonathan Truelove started in the gambling industry working for the Rank group at the age of 18 as a Trainee Manager. He moved to London to continue the scheme and became one of the youngest ever managers of Quicksilver Amusement Arcades for Rank. He then went on to open an Arcade for a private individual at the age of 21 before leaving to work in Casinos aboard luxury liners in the US. On returning to Europe, Jonathan took the role of Slots Manager for Playboy at a new venture on the Greek island of Rhodes, a post that lasted 2 years. Next was Tunisia for Storm International, a new build Casino in the town of Port El Kantoui. After this, still for Storm Jonathan moved to Moscow to head up Electronic Gaming at the most successful Casino in Moscow - Shangri La. Returning to the UK in 2002, he launched his Consultancy, as well as operating his own Gambling and Catering businesses. For the last eight years the Consultancy business has had constant work and continues to push the boundaries and possibilities in Casinos and Gambling.

Future Shock Casinos holds full Professional Indemnity Insurance and Public Liability Insurance. Jonathan Truelove is licensed by the UK Gambling Commission holding a Personal Management License (PML) and is also a UK registered Company Director.
